About First Class Web Solutions
First Class Web Solutions is a new website development business based in County Kerry, Ireland. It is run by Peter Hall who carries out much of the design and programming.
There are two features that separate First Class from many other web building companies.
Firstly, we are particularly interested in helping small businesses and organisations including individual trades persons. Almost every business will benefit from a web site (see the page about web site benefits) and that is why some large companies spend huge amounts of money and employ full-time staff to look after their websites. We understand that a small business does not have the time or resources to do this. Furthermore, most people running a small business have enough to do without having to learn about 'Search Engine Optimisation', 'cross browser compatibility' and a thousand other technical matters concerned with running a good web site.
If you, like many small organisations, feel that you should have a presence on the Internet, but are concerned about the cost and are not even sure what questions you should be asking, then we are ideally placed to help you out. We offer a personal service to guide you through the web site building process from concept to delivery and will do it at a very reasonable price.
The second reason that First Class is different to other web companies is that it is brand new. That may not seem to be an advantage at first sight. After all, would you not be better off with an established company that has many years of experience? In most cases that might be true, however everything to do with IT moves very very fast. Over the past decades, the power of computers has doubled every 18 months. The language used to write web pages - HTML - was first introduced in 1991 and we are already on the forth version that is soon due to be replaced by XHTML.
This continual change makes keeping up with the latest trends and technologies on the Internet very challenging. Because First Class is brand new you can be sure that it is only using the latest standards and technology. This means that the web sites we build will deal with changes in technology for many years to come.
Being a new company also means that we are particularly keen to develop a good reputation and that can only be done by producing delighted customers.

"For 16 years I worked in one of the world's most technologically advanced offices. For three of those years, I was the librarian for an electronic procedure library used by over 400 people. This experience gave me extensive knowledge of creating electronic documents and image editing tools.
In 2009, I undertook intensive training so that my skills with electronic documentation could be applied to web site building. I am now in a position to create quality web sites to the latest standards. As a freelance web developer, I work mostly on my own, but I can call upon the services of other specialist programmers as needed."
